At Legal & General, we’re looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented Pre‑sale Underwriter to join our Retail Protection team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with advisers, underwriters, and business development managers to provide accurate and timely underwriting support.

What you’ll be doing:

• Communicating professionally with advisers, internal teams and third parties to ensure customer satisfaction
• Providing accurate pre‑application underwriting terms and guidance
• Maintaining strong product knowledge and understanding of regulatory requirements
• Supporting sales through effective questioning and lead generation
• Managing time efficiently to balance business needs and personal development
• Challenging existing practices to improve service and customer outcomes
• Recording and sharing market intelligence using Salesforce
• Upholding Treating Customers Fairly principles throughout the customer journey

Qualifications
