Hours: 20 hours per week (Mondays, Fridays + 1 additional day)

This well-established GP Practice operates from newly refurbished, modern premises and prides itself on delivering high-quality care to its patient population. The surgery promotes a collaborative working culture and invests in ongoing staff development.

​You will be joining a supportive, multidisciplinary team consisting of:

• 4 GPs
• 2 ANPs
• Practice Nurse and HCA
• Administrative support team

Role Overview

The successful candidate will work closely with the team to provide high standards of patient care across core Practice Nurse duties.

Key responsibilities include:

• Chronic disease management
• Childhood and adult immunisations
• Cervical screening (preferred)
• Wound care
• Health promotion and long-term condition management
