Practice Manager - Cranleigh Gardens Medical Centre

We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Practice Manager / Business Manager to lead and manage all aspects of practice operations at Cranleigh Gardens Medical Centre.

This is a key leadership role responsible for coordinating and overseeing the day-to-day running of the practice, motivating and managing staff, and ensuring the delivery of safe, high-quality, and efficient patient care. You will drive operational and financial performance, optimise systems and processes, and support the Partners in achieving the practice’s long-term strategic goals.

Through innovative ways of working, you will lead the team in promoting continuous improvement, collaborative working, and service development. You will be responsible for financial planning and forecasting, HR management, compliance with CQC and NHS contractual requirements.
