As a Power BI Specialist, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining Power BI reports and dashboards to provide insightful information to our care providers. You will collaborate closely with our data and product teams to build embedded Power BI dashboards, ensuring they meet the needs of various business operations and analytical initiatives.
Design, develop, and implement Power BI reports and dashboards to visualize data effectively and provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Power BI.
Optimise and streamline Power BI reports and dashboards to enhance performance and usability.
Develop and maintain documentation related to Power BI solutions, ensuring clarity and accessibility for stakeholders.
Monitor Power BI reports and dashboards for performance issues and troubleshoot and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies throughout the reporting and dashboard development process.
Stay updated on the latest developments in Power BI and related technologies to continuously improve our reporting and dashboard capabilities.
Proven experience as a Power BI Specialist or similar role, with a strong focus on building and embedding Power BI reports and dashboards.
Strong proficiency in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modelling.
Experience with integrating Power BI dashboards into applications using Power BI Embedded or similar technologies.
Solid understanding of data visualisation best practices and principles.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
Experience with SQL and other data querying languages is a plus.
Knowledge of Azure services and cloud computing principles is desirable.
