**Circa £35,000 (dependent on skills & experience)**As a PMO Analyst within our Performance team, you’ll play a key role in improving the success rate of Business Change Projects and Programme by supporting the delivery of PMO services and driving best practice. You’ll take ownership of selected PMO services, including maintaining schedules and plans, financial and delivery analysis, benefits tracking, and governance reporting. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on detail, enjoys problem-solving, and wants to make a real impact on Project and Programme delivery effectiveness.Work with stakeholders to improve business cases. Project management qualification or experience working on projects/programmes.Experience collating data and producing reports. Strong organisational, prioritisation, and risk management skills.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
