A housing services provider is looking for a Plumber to join their Property Services Team in North Yorkshire. The successful candidate will deliver a range of plumbing services from minor repairs to major component installations. A strong emphasis is placed on customer service and health and safety knowledge, along with a valid UK driving licence. We’re looking to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced Plumber to join and enhance our successful and growing Property Services Team working in our Responsive Repairs and Empty Homes Maintenance team across North Yorkshire, particularly in and around York.
You should have completed a recognised trade apprenticeship or have equivalent relevant experience and possess all the skills necessary to deliver all aspects of plumbing works to a high standard in occupied and void, domestic and non-domestic premises ranging from minor repairs to the installation of major components.
You should hold relevant qualifications (refer to person specification) and also have relevant trade experience.
Customer service skills are essential for this role as is an excellent knowledge of health and safety.
A full UK driving licence is essential.
This vacancy sits within our KPS 54North Homes Responsive Repairs and Empty Homes Team. 54North Homes is part of the Karbon Group, and this team will deliver services to their customers and properties on behalf of Karbon.
