About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Plumber to join our growing team, covering domestic and light commercial projects across Surrey and Hampshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual with a basic understanding of Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHP) who is eager to develop their skills and progress into renewable heating technologies.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out plumbing installations, maintenance, and repairs in domestic and small commercial settings
• Assist in the installation of Air Source Heat Pump systems under supervision/training
• Work closely with heating engineers to ensure high standards of workmanship and customer satisfaction
• Diagnose and rectify plumbing and basic heating issues
• Maintain accurate job records and ensure compliance with health & safety standards

Requirements

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing (or equivalent qualification)
• Proven experience as a plumber in domestic or light commercial environments
• Basic knowledge or exposure to Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHP)
• Full UK driving licence
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Willingness to undertake further training in renewable heating systems

Desirable (but not essential):

• Unvented hot water (G3) certification
• Previous experience installing or maintaining renewable heating systems
• CSCS or equivalent site safety card
