  • Location: Guildford.
  • Contract: Permanent.
  • Work Model: Hybrid (3 days per week onsite).

The Battlefield Playtest Team are looking for a Playtest Coordinator who is passionate about first person shooters. Our mission is building a better game through objective analysis, and we achieve this through daily playtesting with Battlefield Studios developers and dedicated full-time playtesters. You will be challenged with ensuring the successful execution of playtests. You will report to the Playtest Manager (Europe) in the Experiential Quality group of Battlefield Quality Verification. This is a hybrid remote/in-office role with 3 days per week in office.

Responsibilities
  • You will configure game clients, servers, and playtest tools to ensure playtests meet partner requirements.
  • You will troubleshoot technical issues live during playtests.
  • You will schedule and host studio playtests and ensure shared PCs and consoles are operational.
  • You will ensure playtesters have the necessary builds and information to participate in playtests.
  • You will identify and address issues affecting playtest success.
  • You will maintain high-quality documentation.
Required Qualifications
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in PC and console game development.
  • Experience with console firmware and SDKs.
  • Experience reading logs for troubleshooting.
  • Experience with first person shooters.
