Compensation and Benefits

• £14.44 per hour – reviewed after 3 months
• Opportunity for overtime
• Basic factory opening hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 – 4:30, with a 12:30 finish on Fridays
• 29 days holiday (including bank holidays)
• Company pension

The Role - Plater/Welder

• Be able to read, interpret and work with engineering drawings with minimal supervision
• Be comfortable working on one‑off pieces and other small batch work
• Be able to use measuring equipment
• Perform work in accordance with the company's health and safety procedures
• Be highly motivated
• Work effectively, ensuring the workplace is kept clean and orderly
