An organization dedicated to youth support is seeking a full-time Placement Co-ordinator in the Southampton area. This role involves managing placements for young people, engaging with the community, and supporting host families. The ideal candidate should have a driving license; experience in social work or similar roles is beneficial but not required. The position provides opportunities for progression and training in a supportive environment.

Each year we work with over 1,300 young people aged 11–25 and our employees play a pivotal role in empowering young people and preventing homelessness.
The Supported Lodgings Placement Co-ordinator is responsible for managing their own diary, recruiting, assessing, and supporting host families, ensuring safe, high-quality placements for young people. The role involves promoting the service through community engagement and events, building strong stakeholder relationships, and maintaining accurate records. Coordinators support both hosts and young people throughout the placement, helping to plan effective move‑on pathways while fostering a culture of development, positive change, and strong inter‑agency collaboration.
