Picker/Packer Nights - Chilled Environment

We are looking for reliable, hardworking Warehouse Operatives (Picker/Packers) to join our team in a chilled warehouse environment.

This role offers 12‑hour shifts, four days per week, including three weeknights and one weekend night. Shift times: 7PM to 7AM.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pick and pack chilled products using a handheld scanner
• Ensure correct labeling and packaging of all goods
• Work efficiently to meet daily targets and deadlines
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment
• Follow all health & safety and food hygiene guidelines
• Report any issues, errors, or discrepancies promptly to a supervisor

Requirements

• Previous warehouse or picking/packing experience is required
• Comfortable working in a chilled environment (experience is desirable)
• Strong numeracy and literacy skills
• Ability to work 12‑hour shifts
• Good attention to detail and high accuracy
• Physically fit and able to stand/walk for the duration of the shift
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
