Pharmacy Manager

Oxford

A community pharmacy based in Oxford is looking for a driven and service-oriented Pharmacy Manager to lead the team and continue building on its strong reputation within the local community. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the store and its staff, while also focusing on growing and delivering services.

• 1 Counter Assistant and 1 experienced dispenser/trainee ACT in store
• ProScript PMR
• NHS and private services, including vaccinations, health checks, and consultations

Requirements:

• GPhC-registered Pharmacist with the right to work in the UK.
• Proven experience working in a community pharmacy setting (preferably in a managerial role).
• Strong understanding of NHS and private services.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
• A proactive attitude with a genuine passion for service delivery and patient care.
