This role is key to driving efficiency, quality, and operational improvements across manufacturing.**Key Responsibilities:*** Provide day-to-day technical support to manufacturing teams, ensuring products meet quality and schedule requirements.* Lead problem-solving initiatives and coach & support teams on effective investigation tools and techniques.* Drive small-medium improvement projects to deliver site goals using both using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies & project management.* Monitor and analyse process data to identify trends and recommend improvements.* Support project execution, validations, and technical documentation as a subject matter expert.* Ensure compliance with GMP and EHS standards at all times.**Knowledge, Skills and Experience:*** Experience in a similar position supporting manufacturing operations from an technical support perspective, or experience from a Production function and desire to move into a more offline support role* Comfortable with standard data analysis and report writing, with the ability to present findings clearly and tell the story of the data* Natural problem-solver who enjoys finding creative solutions and thinking outside the boxYou’ll play a critical role in making medicines safely and efficiently, while helping teams grow and processes improve.
