About the Role

We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Manager with deep direct-response acquisition expertise to scale Miro’s paid acquisition programs. You will own performance in one or more core channels (paid search, Meta, YouTube), driving measurable revenue growth within ROAS and payback constraints. Paid search experience is highly preferred due to its rigor and measurability, but proven direct-response success in other performance channels will also be considered.
