A growing tech company in Greater London is seeking a People Advisor for a maternity cover contract. In this role, you'll provide hands-on support for employee experiences, facilitating onboarding and offboarding, managing employee queries, and championing diversity and inclusion initiatives. We’re looking for a People Advisor to join us on a maternity cover contract and provide hands‑on people support during an exciting period of growth. This role is a key part of our People function and will focus on delivering an excellent employee experience across the full lifecycle.
You’ll work closely with the People Partner and wider leadership team, acting as a first point of contact for employees and managers, and ensuring our people processes run smoothly across the UK and internationally.
This role is ideal for someone who is confident stepping into an established environment, enjoys operational delivery, and can quickly build trusted relationships.
💰 Competitive salary of £35,000-£40,000 depending on experience
