Ensure the provision of a continuous high level of customer service. Ensure material orders are managed and coordinated using SAP to ensure a timely and accurate delivery. Coordinate the delivery and dispensing of prescribed medications and associated ancillaries which will involve close collaboration with various other departments. Accurately report details of Adverse Events, Product Complaints and/or Clinical Incidents as per company policy. Ensure complete accuracy at all times, minimising the impact of error. Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly & annual reports and/or reviews as required. Work with internal departments/colleagues to resolve problems, facilitate solutions and enhance customer service offerings. Build & maintain strong working relationships with all relevant stakeholders. Update, review & approve Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions and Quality related documentation as required. Offer input & suggestions as to how policies & procedures could be further developed/improved upon. Lead & participate in customer complaint investigations as required, to include prompt & efficient follow up. Acknowledge & understand the appropriateness to escalate as required. Participate with the implementation of induction and routine service training for new and existing employees. Contribute towards department objectives in line with the overall business strategy. Deliver and exceed on agreed targets as set by your line manager. Undertake day to day filing & general office administration.
