Job summary

A local medical practice in Bristol is looking for a part-time Patient Care Navigator for maternity cover. The role includes managing reception duties, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring patient satisfaction. Candidates should possess phone and reception experience and proficiency in English, with NHS experience and knowledge of EMIS preferred. The hours are Monday to Wednesday 8.00am – 1.30pm and Thursday 1.30pm – 6.30pm. Applications are due by December 24, 2025.

Patient Care Navigator (Receptionist)

Maternity cover

Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday 8.00am – 1.30pm (5.5hrs each day),
Thursday 1.30pm – 6.30pm (5hrs) based at Brockway & Backwell Medical Centres

Candidates will need to be a team player with a passion for giving excellent customer service.

Phone and reception experience, a good level of keyboard/IT skills and the ability to demonstrate a good command of spoken and written English are essential for the above position.

Previous experience gained within the NHS, along with a working knowledge of EMIS and medical terminology is preferred. Some early morning/evening work will be required, along with the occasional Saturday.
