Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls while providing necessary information.
• Greet patients and/or their representatives and provide direction.
• Schedule and/or preschedule patient appointments.
• Interview patients for necessary information.
• Identify services with no payment source and suggest financial assistance.
• Verify insurance eligibility and obtain necessary precertifications.
• Collect/Process co-payments and other payments.
• Ensure accuracy of all data collected.
• Communicate with external customers.
• Set up new patient records via Care Connect.
