Overview

PartsPlus Business Development Executive – Location: Harlow. Closing Date: 31/10/2025. Salary: Negotiable depending on experience. Benefits: 25 Days Holiday Allowance, Company Pension Scheme, Staff Discount on Vehicles and Servicing, Career Development.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and build strong relationships with all Customers, including regular face-to-face visits
  • Maintain product knowledge and awareness of competitor activity
  • Attend weekly 1 to 1’s with your Centre Manager
  • Maintain accurate Customer records
  • Provide the highest level of Customer service
  • Identify new opportunities within your territory
  • Achieve personal and centre targets
Key Skills / Qualifications
  • Be a confident and capable communicator, both written and verbally
  • Basic understanding of using a computer, full training of systems and software used will be provided
  • Good organisational skills
  • An enthusiastic desire to succeed and exceed sales targets
  • The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • Able to work to a structured call plan, delivering on key sales objectives and targets
