Induction/training will be based in their Leeds office and then you will work from home after this.In this role, you will ultimately help the business manage and allocate resources effectively. You will participate in payroll processes and report on financial projections (e.g. liquidity and cash flow).Main Responsibilities:Managing accounts receivable and payableCreate invoices and chase invoicesPayroll – liaise with the accountantReconciliation / VAT/ Tax related mattersExpensesPrepare budgetsManage existing internal contracts renewals i.e. Salesforce, Company insurance, Survey MonkeyMaintain reports on financial metrics, including investments, return on assets and growth rateUpdate the CRM system – Salesforce with the updates for the advisors – logs and expensesWork closely with your Line Manager – provide her with the updatesProvide the CEO with regular updatesKey Requirements:Proven work experience as a Finance Administrator, Finance Assistant or similar role.Hands-on experience with accounting software, preferably with a good working knowledge of Xero or similarAdvanced knowledge of MS Excel (creating spreadsheets and charts and using financial Excel functions)Good understanding of bookkeeping proceduresTime-management and organization skillsConfidentialityBSc degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics or Accounting qualificationHours: 9am-5pm, two days per week on Wednesday & ThursdaySalary: £25,000 pro rataJob Types: Part-time, PermanentPart-time hours: 15 per weekSalary: £25,000.00 per yearBenefits:Company pensionOn-site parkingWork from homeSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to FridayNo weekendsAbility to commute/relocate: Leeds, LS2 7PN: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)Work Location: Hybrid remote in Leeds, LS2 7PNTo apply for this job please visit .
