What we are looking for in you

The Café Team Member plays a vital role in delivering excellent customer service and supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of our cafés. We are looking for someone who is reliable, adaptable, and genuinely passionate about providing warm, welcoming service. You'll be the face of our café, ensuring every customer has a positive experience while maintaining the high standards our community has come to expect. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to make a real difference in a community setting, whether you're starting out in hospitality or looking for flexible work that fits around other commitments.

This role is a fixed-term temporary role to support the team, we are happy to discuss this at interview.
