We’re looking for an organised and values-driven, experienced Administrator to join a small but passionate team in Bishopthorpe, York on a temporary basis with the potential to go permanent for the right person.

This is a brand-new role, created to provide essential support to a growing consultancy that delivers training, coaching and guidance to help organisations build more inclusive workplaces.

In this role, you’ll be part of a team where ideas are encouraged, support is always at hand, and everyone has the space to make a difference.

Some of the Administrator duties include:

  • Managing the shared inbox and responding to emails efficiently
  • Answering incoming calls and providing a helpful, professional service to customers
  • Arranging and booking coaches to work with clients
  • Monitoring compliance requirements and keeping records up to date
  • Maintaining accurate and well-organised digital filing systems
  • Occasionally allocating work to a trusted partner company
  • Identifying opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency

This is a part-time role working 5 hours per day on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday (15 hours per week), earning a salary of £12.21 per hour.
