They will also be assisting the team in drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide range of property, construction and commercial agreements.

This is an interesting and varied role as the Paralegal will also be involved in undertaking research and providing advice on day-to-day legal queries, assisting the team with ensuring efficient and effective handling of disputes and enforcement action, as well as corporate transactions including Mergers & Acquisitions and disposals affecting the Group.

The successful candidate will have a good standard of general education (a minimum of 5 A*-C/4-9 GCSE’s or equivalent) along with previous work experience in compliance, residential sales, or the legal sector. They will need to have full right to work in the UK with no sponsorship requirement.
