Qualifications

  • Significant post-registration experience in an acute or relevant specialty.
  • Experience in leading and supervising a team within a clinical environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide hands-on clinical care, acting as a senior point of support for complex patients.
  • Coordinate daily clinical activity and ensure safe staffing levels.
  • Promote high standards of nursing practice through supervision and coaching.
  • Allocate and supervise staff during shifts, ensuring responsibilities are met.
  • Contribute to the induction and ongoing development of new staff.
