Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be a qualified and experienced Social Worker.
• Trained as an AMHP with safeguarding knowledge.
• Ability to make high-level decisions and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage contacts/referrals within an out of hours environment.
• Work in partnership with service users and partner agencies.
• Participate in meetings and panels directed by the Team Manager.

Skills

Social work knowledge of statutory work for both adults and children

Ability to work with service users in a challenging environment

Confidence to work alone

Knowledge of safeguarding vulnerable adults and children

Driving skills and access to a car

Education

Qualified and experienced Social Worker
