Job description
Order Entry Administrator (Fixed Term Contract)

Sonova Group is looking for an Order Entry Administrator (Fixed Term Contract) to process new, repair, remake, and credit return orders in SAP and Salesforce (CRM). This role requires excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately enter new orders into SAP, selecting correct accounts, shipping methods, pricing, and instrument configuration.
  • Review and assess impressions for quality and audiograms for instrument suitability.
  • Print, prepare, and scan all required paperwork and documentation.
  • Confirm orders through to the next stage of processing.
  • Identify and escalates incomplete or unclear orders using Salesforce (CRM).
  • Verify serial numbers and enter repair and remake orders into SAP, ensuring accurate configuration.
  • Assess impressions for quality on remake orders.
  • Query and escalates discrepancies or issues through Salesforce (CRM).
  • Verify invoice dates for eligibility within the return period.
  • Process credits for approved in-period returns and prepare items for reprocessing.
  • Return any out-of-period credits to the Dispenser.
  • Record and escalates order or credit related issues through Salesforce (CRM).
