• Effective communicator with the ability to lead and develop teams on a national level.
• Sound IT skills, in particular Excel.

• Lead and develop a team of Regional Tanker Managers across the UK.
• Ensure compliance with health & safety, environmental and risk procedures.
• Produce monthly KPI reports on regional performance.
