A central pillar of this role is Team Leadership & Development, where you will directly train, supervise, and nurture the growth of mobile security officers, conducting regular appraisals to support their professional journeys. This people‑focused work is tightly coupled with Operational Efficiency, as you will be responsible for the complex logistics of creating and maintaining seamless rota patterns and mobile schedules to ensure optimal resource allocation across all sites. Furthermore, you will act as the primary point of contact for external partners, engaging in Client Relationship Management through regular site visits to maintain excellent customer satisfaction. Underlying all these activities is a commitment to Compliance & Safety, achieved by compiling meticulous assignment instructions and health and safety risk assessments, alongside a dedication to data‑driven improvement by proactively analysing mobile data reports to identify and implement strategic enhancements to service delivery.
