A progressive leadership development firm is seeking an Operations Manager to support their growth. The role involves managing client project plans, maintaining strong relationships, and overseeing programme finances. Candidates should have over three years of experience in project management or an operations role, alongside excellent organizational and communication skills. To support this growth we’re seeking a dynamic individual to join us as Operations Manager. This role is available on a full‑time basis parm and will suit someone who is Arquolved to spin many plates at once, enjoys creating and improving systems and would thrive in a fast‑paced start‑up environment.
We play big, move fast, and are variously involved in some pretty knotty client problems to solve! We know the nature of the work we do isn’t always easy.
