Are you a hands‑on leader with a passion for hospitality and operational excellence? We’re looking for an Operations Manager to drive efficiency, optimize processes, and elevate our guest experience across our Philadelphia properties.

In this role, you’ll oversee daily operations, manage budgets, onboard new properties, and build relationships with vendors and contractors. Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll identify challenges, implement solutions, and ensure seamless execution across all facets of our hospitality and operations teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a small team, fostering a culture of efficiency and excellence.
  • Collaborate with senior management to streamline processes and enhance service delivery.
  • Leverage technology to optimize operations, utilizing tools like Breezeway, Guesty, GSuite and Notion.
  • Oversee onboarding of new properties, including budgeting, procurement, and project management.
  • Work closely with Housekeeping and Maintenance teams to uphold high service standards.
  • Communicate effectively with guests and residents, ensuring prompt issue resolution and satisfaction.
