A community equipment services provider in Bedford is seeking an Operations Manager to lead performance and manage teams of approximately 60 employees. You will oversee service delivery, financial planning, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. As the Operations Manager for Medequip Assistive Technology Ltd, you will drive performance through engagement within an operational environment. You will be able to deal with the pressure of a “front line” role whilst working hand in hand with the customer, fully understanding their needs.
You will own the site “P&L” and drive the delivery of the budget as well as continually improving our performance delivery.
