As an onsite / hybrid Operations Coordinator, you play a key role in the safe, efficient, and compliant execution of our projects and operations. Based in our UK office in Loddon, Norfolk, you serve as a central link between clients, operational teams, suppliers, and internal departments, ensuring every project is delivered to the highest standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.

With your strong operational insight, commercial awareness, and proactive mindset, you help drive our business forward while safeguarding excellence across all stages of our activities in the offshore, maritime, and industrial sectors.

What will you do?
  • Coordinate the full operational delivery of projects in line with HSSEQ, legal, and company standards.
  • Handle incoming enquiries, prepare detailed quotations, and manage client communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Track project costs, issue invoices, and monitor payments for strong financial control.
  • Ensure operational safety, quality, and compliance across all activities.
  • Manage logistics, suppliers, contractors, and all required documentation.
  • Maximize revenue and gross margin where possible through efficient coordination and service upselling.
  • Support reporting, corrective actions, and continuous improvement processes.
  • Participate in the rotational 24/7 out-of-hours coverage for operational support.

  • Strong operational and logistics background, ideally in offshore, maritime, or related sectors.
  • Solid understanding of Ship to Ship (STS), Cargo pumping, Cargo filtration, and maritime operations would be advantageous.
  • Commercial awareness, including margin management and contract development.
  • Ability to remain calm and effective under pressure and during intensive operational tasks.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and coordinate multiple departments to achieve results.
  • Leadership qualities with experience guiding suppliers, contractors, and operational teams.
  • Customer‑centric mindset with a proactive, solution‑oriented approach.
