Job summary

A respected children's care provider in South East London is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to establish and lead a new 6-bed Ofsted-regulated children's home. You will be responsible for setting up the home, recruiting and leading your team, and ensuring compliance with all regulations while providing a supportive environment for children aged 11–17. This role includes a competitive salary and generous benefits, including bonuses and annual leave.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years' experience in residential childcare, including 2+ years in management.
  • Strong understanding of safeguarding, Ofsted standards, and care regulations.

South East London Up to £72,000 + bonuses Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm

We’re currently a highly regarded childrebn's residential care provider in opening abrand-new 6-bed Ofsted-regulated children’s home in South East London, supporting young people aged 11–17 with emotional and behavioural needs — and we’re looking for an experienced Registered Manager to lead the service from the ground up.

You’ll be responsible for setting up and running the home, recruiting your team, ensuring compliance with all regulatory frameworks, and creating a safe, trauma-informed environment where children can thrive.

Benefits:
  • Salary up to £65,000
  • £1,000 bonus on Ofsted registration
  • £6,000 bonus in full occupancy (T&Cs apply)

Requirements
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management (Residential Childcare)
