Office Assistant and Receptionist

Previous relevant experience would be an advantage as well as being confident and accountable in supporting our team and the office operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for weekly office supplies orders.
  • Manage office stock and inventory.
  • Take initiative and make suggestions to improve smooth operation of the office.
  • Identify best deals with suppliers to ensure cost‑effective purchases.
  • Maintain office to high standards at all times.
  • Have same‑day‑repair attitude, liaise with and handle technicians from start to finish.
  • Perform out of office errands.
  • First point of contact for guests.
  • Responsible for guiding and assisting visitors.
  • Organise the information flow (telephone, e‑mail, post, internal information).
Requirements
  • Outstanding organisational and communication skills.

  • Able to liaise with all levels of seniority.
  • Punctuality and attention to detail.
  • Positive can‑do attitude, accountable and positive.
