About the role

AKVA Group Scotland Ltd is a leading provider of aquaculture technology and services, with a global presence across multiple countries. We specialize in delivering comprehensive technical solutions for our sea‑based aquaculture operations. We are seeking a new Full‑Time Observe Support Assistant to join our dynamic team at AKVA Group Scotland Ltd. This is a hands‑on role to support our Digital/Observe Feeding Consultant in all aspects of delivery of the AKVA Group digital product suite with the main focus on Observe.

Experience and skills
  • Digital background
  • Knowledge of AI or ability to understand benefits and downsides.
  • Ability to learn quickly about aquaculture operations.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills
  • Good team worker
  • Based in Inverness or in mainland Scotland fish farm area.
  • Data interpretation and handling skills
  • Ability to summarise complex data sets and write brief coherent, informative reports.
  • Degree in Aquaculture, Marine Science, or IT. Or equivalent experience.
  • Analytic data skills – proficiency with spreadsheets and data manipulation and transitions, pivot tables etc.
  • Attention to detail with a structured and organised approach to work.
  • Flexible mindset to work with fish farmers.
  • Knowledge and experience of AKVA group Products.
Salary and benefits

Salary: Skye & Lochalsh £28,258 to £31,648 per annum
