A cultural arts organization situated in Salford is seeking a part-time NYT Inclusion Producer for the Assemble Project. This fixed-term role, set to last until October 2028, involves leading inclusive creative initiatives aimed at d/Deaf, Disabled, Learning Disabled, and Neurodiverse youth. The position offers an annual salary of £18,000, along with various benefits including complimentary event tickets and access to health services. Lowry is a visual and performing arts venue situated at the heart of MediaCityUK in Salford, one of the world’s most exciting culture and media destinations.
The Inclusion Producer will lead the delivery of Assemble, a national partnership programme with the National Youth Theatre (NYT) designed to create inclusive creative opportunities for d/Deaf, Disabled, Learning Disabled and Neurodiverse young people. You will coordinate the programme locally, working with colleges, community partners, freelance creatives and volunteers to ensure high-quality, inclusive engagement. The role champions equity, creativity and collaboration, enabling young people to develop skills, confidence and pathways into creative careers.
