Qualifications

• Relevant post qualification experience in a day nursery setting.
• Flexibility and ability to work on own initiative.
• Understanding of confidentiality importance.

Responsibilities

• Head a team to deliver the daily curriculum and comply with standards.
• Work with parents and staff to ensure a secure learning environment.
• Conduct daily activities that are happy and stimulating.

Skills

Knowledge of the EYFS curriculum

Good Communication skills

Education

NNEB, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Childcare
