Qualifications

• At least 1 years’ experience in a Nursery Practitioner role or equivalent leadership.
• Excellent knowledge & understanding of the EYFS & Statutory framework.
• Ability to use your own initiative lead and inspire a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the delivery of high quality care and education of the children.
• Support the management team in leading nursery operations.
• Ensure compliance with Ofsted inspection standards.

Skills

Experience in a Nursery Practitioner role

Level 3 or above qualification in Early Years childcare

Understanding of EYFS & Statutory framework
