About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated, skilled, and compassionate Nurse to join our night team at Careline Lifestyles in Jarrow. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in delivering safe, effective, and person‑centred care to adults with a range of complex needs, including acquired brain injuries, neurological conditions, mental health needs, and physical disabilities.

Location: Jarrow, Tyne and Wear

Contract Type: Permanent, on‑site

Hourly Rate: £21.21

Shift Pattern: Full‑time

Responsibilities
  • Deliver high‑quality nursing and holistic care based on comprehensive individual assessments
  • Build strong therapeutic relationships to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate personalised care plans and nursing interventions
  • Regularly review and reassess the quality of care to meet changing needs and ensure best practice
  • Review all medication requirements, ensuring documentation is accurate and updated promptly
  • Safely administer medications and maintain clear, detailed records for each service user
  • Ensure treatment rooms and clinical areas remain clean, organised, and compliant with infection control standards
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team (MDT) meetings, working collaboratively with a range of health and social care professionals
  • Follow NMC Codes of Conduct, Scope of Practice, safeguarding principles, and all company policies
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the care team during night shifts
  • Respond effectively to emergencies, incidents, and changes in residents' conditions
Qualifications
  • Qualified and registered Nurse – RGN, RMN, or RNLD
