A nonprofit organization in the UK is seeking passionate individuals for a part-time unpaid internship. Interns will engage in advocacy work, meet with government members, mobilize support for poverty reduction and learn key nonprofit management skills. This opportunity provides valuable experience while contributing to impactful causes. College credit is available.
The Borgen Project is an international organization that works at the political level to improve living conditions for people impacted by war, famine and poverty. With 20 years of experience in the advocacy space, we have supported the passage of numerous bills benefiting close to 500 million people in developing countries.
This part‑time, unpaid 12‑week remote programme provides insight into the key skills required to lead and develop a nonprofit organization. You may work up to 12 hours per week and complete the programme in fewer weeks if your availability is limited.
No prior experience is necessary. We’re looking for people passionate about fighting poverty and righting wrongs, regardless of GPAs or background.
