As a Night Support Care Worker, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the safety, comfort, and wellbeing of individuals during overnight hours. You’ll provide calm, consistent support while maintaining a peaceful and secure environment.

You’ll be working in a highly structured setting with tailored support plans and purpose-built apartments designed for both safety and independence.
Experience in autism, learning disabilities, or complex behavioural needs is desirable but not essential. What matters most is your attitude, values, and willingness to make a difference.
