Night Crew Member – Hotel Co 51
Responsibilities
- Helping guests and creating positive experiences
- Operate Food & Beverage outlets the Moxy way
- Prepare food and deliver consistent food quality
- Preparation, set‑up, service, clean‑up and restocking of the appropriate prep areas of food
- Restock, take deliveries and organize BOH areas
- Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area
- Full ownership of FIFO system (first in, first out) for food & beverage items
- Follow all food safety, licensing and health & safety policies to work safely
- Food handling according to HACCP regulations (product rotation, temperature maintenance, record keeping, storage procedures, etc.)
- Support other Crew Members and follow direction from Crew Leaders
- Promote and support the Moxy brand & the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program
Qualifications & Skills
- High energy and a fearless do‑it‑yourself attitude
- Good with people and enjoy chatting with guests
- Passionate about Food & Beverage
- Skilled multitasker who can balance hard work with great service and thinking ahead
- Know that being relaxed isn’t the same as being lazy
- Clear communicator fluent in English (other languages a plus!)
Useful Experience
- Experience within the service industry
- Knowledge of Food Safety & Licensing laws
- Personal experience of travel and the travel industry
