A prominent healthcare institution in Shrewsbury is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to support the Surgical, Anaesthetics & Critical Care Division. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, alongside proficiency in Microsoft Office. Primary responsibilities include coordinating meetings, managing payroll input, and processing confidential documents. This role is primarily onsite at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital, with flexible hours considered.
We uye're seeking an experienced,Bonsoir; Vogue; Word provider, exceptionally well organised, confident and personable Personal Assistant to support the Surgical, Anaesthetics & Critical Care (SACC) Division.
We are looking for an individuals who is conscientious, with excellent computer skills, who can work independently or part of a team. The ideal candidate will be proactive and have proven previous experience in supporting senior management a range of administrative tasks.
The successful post holder will work collaboratively to provide administrative support to all centres within the SAC Division, this includes working with operational and clinical colleagues to cover a variety of tasks. They need to have excellent communication skills and experience in Microsoft packages along with a range of bespoke hospital IT programmes
Predominantly based onsite at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital between two office locations. Flexible hours would be considered with the successful candidates to meet the needs of the service.
