A leading health service provider is seeking a part-time Neurodevelopmental Practitioner in Salisbury. The successful candidate will be responsible for specialist assessments within the Neurodevelopmental Pathway, working with children and young people suspected of autism or ADHD. Qualifications

  • Appropriately qualified Speech and Language Therapist, Occupational Therapist, Mental Health Nurse, or Psychologist.
  • Ability to conduct differential diagnosis of communication and social interaction needs.
  • Expertise in assessing children and young people for autism and/or ADHD.

Responsibilities

  • Make assessments and differential diagnosis of children's communication needs.
  • Collate and analyze key information to determine diagnostic outcome.
  • Provide post-diagnostic advice to parents, carers, and education staff.
