Join Netmore as a Network Growth Manager - York

Netmore is expanding our LoRaWAN network and we’re looking for a driven, people-oriented Network Growth Manager - York to help us secure rooftops, commercial properties, and other prime locations for gateway installation.

If you love meeting people face-to-face, enjoy a good phone conversation, and thrive on building relationships and closing deals, this role puts you at the heart of our network growth.

Important: This role is open only to candidates based in York.

What You’ll Do
  • Door-to-Door Acquisition – Visit commercial buildings, residential rooftops, and strategic properties to secure agreements.
  • Outreach & Relationship Building – Call and connect with property owners, landlords, and businesses to identify and secure sites.
  • Negotiate & Close – Present benefits, agree on terms, and secure long-term access for LoRaWAN deployment.
  • Coordinate Site Surveys – Work with technical teams to assess suitability and ensure smooth integration.
  • Track & Report – Keep detailed records, manage leads, and hit acquisition targets on time.
What We’re Looking For
Experience
  • 5+ years in sales, real estate, or customer-facing roles (telecoms or door-to-door a plus)
  • Proven success in securing sites or business through direct outreach
Skills
  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills – able to make tech easy to understand
  • Strong negotiator with a track record of closing deals
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects
  • Basic knowledge of network infrastructure (or willingness to learn)
  • Friendly, approachable, and engaging
