  • Experience working in client facing environment and ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders to deliver positive outcomes.
  • Valid NEC 3 or 4 qualifications.
  • A successful track record of delivering infrastructure projects using the NEC 3 or 4 including control of the commercial, budget and finances.
  • Experience of people management and working in diverse multi-disciplined teams
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • An ability to ‘see the bigger picture’ and understand the consequences of decisions.
  • Flexible, agile, and adaptable self-starter, with a positive attitude, who can take the initiative.
  • A full UK driving licence
  • APM/PMP or PRINCE 2 Practitioner
  • Experience on Highway projects.
