A leading heritage charity is hiring a National Events and Venue Hire Delivery Coordinator. This role involves ensuring the successful delivery of events, managing safety and quality, and engaging with diverse teams and stakeholders. We are looking for a minimum of 2 National Events & Venue Hire Coordinators to join our Events & Venue Hire Delivery Team. The roles are full time and fixed term basis until January 2027. Based in either one of regional offices, hybrid or homework, you will be working within a national team and required to travel throughout the country.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a real impact, supporting and delivering exceptional events and venue hires across English Heritage's unique and inspiring locations.
As National Events & Venue Hire Delivery Coordinator, you will ensure high standards of safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. Whether taking the lead on delivery or supporting our site teams, you will be a vital link between our operational teams, central colleagues, and external stakeholders ensuring seamless planning and execution of events and hires.
During events and hires you will be the on-site point of contact ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer experiences. This means you will be someone who is comfortable with health and safety legislation and licensing requirements, ensuring our events and hires comply within those as well as our own policies.
Working in collaboration with the National Events and Venue Hire Delivery Team, the Visitor Experience Creative Producer and Programmer, and the Venue Hire Sales Team, you will contribute and identify opportunities to enhance the events and venue hire programme
Interviews will be held in the week commencing the 12th of January 2026 either at our English Heritage Bristol Office or on MS Teams.
