Business Continuity Manager Job Ref N057/02/2025

The Business Continuity Manager will work as part of the Business Assurance & Improvement Team and support the Assistant Director of Corporate Governance & Assurance and Head of Business Assurance & Improvement with the provision of efficient and effective service-wide business continuity management processes whilst also supporting the adoption of fire standards across NIFRS.

The Business Continuity Manager will ensure the preparedness, continuity and resilience of NIFRS during unexpected crises or disruptions to ensure service delivery is maintained.

Hours of work;
Currently 36¼ hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 5.00 pm.
A Flexible Working Hours Scheme is in operation.
In view of the level of this appointment, the post holder will be required to work in such a way as to fulfil the obligations of the post.

There is currently one permanent post based at NIFRS HQ in Lisburn. This recruitment and selection process will also be used to fill future vacancies, a reserve list will be created for 12 months should any additional fixed term or permanent vacancies arise (offers of posts will be made in merit order).

Salary
The salary scale is PO2. The salary range is currently £38,626 - £41,511 per annum.
