Qualifications

• Must have experience in NHS environments and good knowledge of Gas Safe legislation.
• Ability to participate in the On-Call rota is essential.
• Dedication to continued personal development required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out installation and improvement works across all contracted sites.
• Provide efficient maintenance and repair service to all properties.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.

Skills

Working knowledge of H&C water systems

Comprehensive knowledge of mechanical plant

Good working knowledge of health and safety legislation

Ability to manage time and prioritize

Multi-skilled mechanical experience

Education

Successful completion of a recognized mechanical bias apprenticeship

NVQ Level 3 (mechanical bias) or equivalent

Numeracy and Literacy to level 2
