Multinational Credit Controller

Location: Norwich, Perth or Worthing based (50% hybrid working)

Salary: circa £29,000

A bit about the job:

You’ll join our Multinational Team, facilitating an efficient customer journey through managing payments for our international insurance policies. Your mission will be to manage accounts from submission right through to renewal, ensuring data accuracy and completeness at every stage. You’ll act as a key contact for brokers and stakeholders, maintaining alignment and effective communication to keep processes running smoothly. In addition, you’ll serve as a referral and escalation point for complex operational queries. Risk awareness and meticulous attention to detail will be essential, as you help drive operational excellence across our global business.

Skills and experience we’re looking for:
  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of decisions
  • Confident communicator, adept at handling complex queries and building relationships with brokers and stakeholders
  • Excellent attention to detail, ensuring data accuracy and completeness and strong planning and organisation skills.
  • Demonstrated data literacy, with proven ability in data management and data analysis to support decision-making and process improvement
  • A team player who supports colleagues and can deputise for management when needed
