A multinational financial services provider is seeking a Multinational Credit Controller in Norwich to manage accounts for international insurance policies. You’ll join our Multinational Team, facilitating an efficient customer journey through managing payments for our international insurance policies. Your mission will be to manage accounts from submission right through to renewal, ensuring data accuracy and completeness at every stage. You’ll act as a key contact for brokers and stakeholders, maintaining alignment and effective communication to keep processes running smoothly. In addition, you’ll serve as a referral and escalation point for complex operational queries. Risk awareness and meticulous attention to detail will be essential, as you help drive operational excellence across our global business.
